Ms. Deepali B Nayak

Ms. Deepali B Nayak completed her BA LLB (Hons) from Christ (deemed to be) University, Bangalore in 2019 and her LLM in International Commercial Laws focusing on Intellectual Property Rights, Competition Law and Commercial Arbitration from the University of Nottingham, UK in 2020.

Her key areas of interest are IPR, ADR and Competition Law. She has authored multiple articles, presented papers and has also published a book chapter on "Morality As A Criterion for Patentability- An Analysis with Respect to Human Embryonic Stem Cells".

She has, as part of the previous institutions she worked with, been the program coordinator and has successfully organised several activities including a National Level Moot Court Competition. She is also an avid reader, both fiction and non-fiction.
