Law and Entrepreneurship Society
The Ramaiah Research, Consultancy and Extension Centre of RCL constituted the Law and Entrepreneurship Society on 12.08.2022, a student run initiative, with an objective of encouraging students to represent entrepreneurs as well as be one by themselves.
Objectives
Bangalore being the Silicon City, a hub for start-ups, many students of RCL have their own start-ups. Hence, this Society has been formed with an objective to create a community to bring together like-minded people, to streamline their interests, facilitate, and motivate other students who are interested in the same field, either from the business perspective or from the legal sector.

Activities
- Arrange talks, conferences, panel discussions, pitching competitions and more.
- Provide internship opportunities with corporate and consultancy firms, in order to help students get exposure in the legal aspects of working with corporates and facilitate students to establish corporate-legal relationships.
- Seminars by luminaries in the field of corporate law and start-ups.
- Networking with VC and incubators in order to connect students with ideas they want to develop. Also, arrange ideation and training/workshops to help students in every step of their journey.
