Dr. Rajashree K.

Rajashree has received her LLB and LLM from University Law College, Bangalore University, Bangalore. She is the recipient of Prof.Ravishankar Gold medal for topping the overall braches of specialization in LLM and Vombatkere Gurunandan Rao Memorial Award in Labour Law and Human Rights Law in LLB. She has secured first rank in LLM, 3 rd rank in 5 year BA.LLB and 8 th rank in the 3 rd year of BA.LLB. She has 9 years of teaching experience. She was awarded with Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) from Christ (deemed-to-be) University, Bangalore.

Rajashree comes with experience of having worked in Fortune 500 companies before joining academics. Her area of specialization is Environmental Law while her areas of interest include Alternative Dispute Resolution mechanisms, Labour laws and Law of Contracts. She is the Secretary (Academics Division) of the Indian National Association of Legal Professionals, New Delhi.

Rajashree is currently the Coordinator for the Centre of Alternative Dispute Resolution Society and is currently handling the project on Resources for Internationalisation of Higher Education Institutions in India under the Erasmus + Programme of the European Commission. She has various publications to her credit and made presentations in Indian and International forums.
