Mr. Rajiv G

Sri. Rajiv G., is an Assistant Professor of Law at M.S. Ramaiah College of Law, Bengaluru. He is registered as an advocate on the rolls of the Karnataka State Bar Council. He graduated with a degree of B.A. LL.B. from B.M.S. College of Law, Bengaluru. He completed his Master of Laws (LL. M.) in Constitutional and Administrative Law from the University Law College, Bangalore University, Bengaluru and wrote a Thesis on Constitutional Implications of the appointment of Judges of the Higher Judiciary in India – A Critical Evaluation. He also a holder of Master of Business Laws (M. B. L.) from the National Law School of India University, Bengaluru. Sri. Rajiv G., is currently pursuing his Ph.D., from the School of Law, Vel Tech Rangarajan Dr.Sagunthala R&D Institute of Science and Technology, Avadi, Chennai on the topic “Right to Health - A Study on the Legal Framework and Its Implementation with Special Reference to Bangalore Urban District.”

Sri. Rajiv G., has been a part of many National and International seminars, conferences, symposiums where he has presented and published various papers. He has also been a resource person at various national and international seminars. Sri. Rajiv G., has time and again been invited to deliver various guest lectures at reputed colleges, also adjudge many National Level Moot Court competitions and various Law Events like, Mock Trial, Legal Debate, etc. Sri. Rajiv G., has a diverse experience both as an advocate and as an academician. Sri. Rajiv G., tries to imbibe a healthy mixture of both practice as well as academics and therefore is a strong advocate of holistic legal education. His areas of Interest include Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Jurisprudence, Law of Crimes, Business Laws, Intellectual Property Law, Health Laws and Medical Laws among others.
