Mr. Rishabh Bhandari

Mr. Rishabh Bhandari has completed his BA. LL.B. (Hons.) from Dr. Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University, Lucknow, with a specialisation in Constitutional Law. And, he holds a LLM in Constitutional and Administrative Law from Shri Ramswaroop Memorial University, Lucknow.

He has taught Law of Contracts I and II, Constitutional Law I and II, Administrative Law, Intellectual Property Rights, Legal Methods and Social Immersion Program.

Currently, Mr. Bhandari is working as Assistant Professor of Law at MS Ramaiah College of Law, Bangalore, where he is teaching Indian Penal Code.

Before working at MS Ramaiah College of Law, Mr. Bhandari worked at IFIM Law School, where he chaired the Social Immersion Program, and contributed to Admissions and Outreach. He has worked as the Executive Editor for IFIM Law School’s Newsletter. And, as a Faculty Member for the Centre for Alternate Dispute Resolution, he has co-organised Concordat 2.0, the national ADR Fest of IFIM Law School. Further, to support the cause of upliftment of the girl child, he has co-organised Kanyathon, 2023, which is an annual charity marathon of IFIM Institutions and Vijaybhoomi University.

Mr. Bhandari has been invited to deliver Guest Lectures and judge Moot Court Competitions at prominent institutions.

He has successfully completed National Faculty Development Program jointly organised by Jagran Citylake University, Bhopal, Droit Penale Group, Prayagraj, and Guru Angad Dev Teaching Learning Centre, SGTB Khalsa College, University of Delhi, under the Pandit Madan Mohan Malviya National Mission on Teachers and Teaching, of Ministry of Education, with Grade A.

Before joining IFIM Law School, Mr. Bhandari worked as the Course Faculty for Into Legal World's Certification Course on Law of Contracts, aimed at PCS-J aspirants.

As an Associate Editor for RMLNLU Law Review, Vol. VI, Mr. Bhandari has edited and reviewed important research articles and case comments. He has written on several legal issues and presented his paper in various conferences. He has chaired, organised and participated in Model United Nations Conferences on key socio-legal issues.

He takes interest in Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Contracts Law, Criminal Law, Human Rights Law and Environment Law. And, when he is not reading about the law, he can be found following his passion for psychology, cinema and music.
