Mr. C.G. Manjunatha

Mr. C.G. Manjunatha is learning and teaching law since 2008.
Mr. C.G. Manjunatha completed his LL.B from Mysore University, Mysore and his LL.M. from Mysore University, Manasa Gangothrit, and Mysore. He has Completed MBA with specialization of Human Resource of Management from Annamalai University; MA (Economics) from KSLU. Mysore; Masters in Business Law (MBL) and Post-Graduation Diploma in Intellectual Property Rights (PGDIPR) from National School of India University (NLSIU) from Bangalore. He is qualified of KSET from Karnataka and NET (Law); he is pursuing Ph.D. from Bangalore University on the topic ‘Functioning of Consumer Dispute Redressal in the State of Karnataka- A legal Study with reference of Housing Service’. His areas of interest are Constitutional law, Procedural Law, Administrative Law, Banking Law, Family Law, Property Law, Business law, Business Management, Economics. He has participated as Resource person and has authored various Research Articles on emerging issues in Law which are published in UGC CARE Journals and Peer Reviewed Journals. He is also having experience in Advocacy at various courts in Karnataka. He has also co-ordinated with Legal Aid, Moot Court, Model Parliament, Mock Trial University Examination, liaison with Karnataka State Law University, other universities and Bar Council of India. He has 15 years of experience in teaching Law at various reputed law colleges and institutions in Bengaluru.
