The Equal Opportunities Cell (EOC) at Ramaiah College of Law is committed to fostering an inclusive, equitable, and supportive academic environment for all students, irrespective of their socio-economic background, gender, or any disability.

Objectives:

  • To promote equality and inclusivity within the institution
  • To ensure non-discrimination in academic and co-curricular activities
  • To support students from marginalized and underrepresented groups
  • To create awareness about rights, diversity, and sensitivity

Key Functions:

  • Addressing concerns related to discrimination or unequal treatment
  • Providing guidance and support to students in need
  • Organizing workshops, awareness programs, and sensitization sessions
  • Ensuring compliance with UGC guidelines on equity and inclusion
