Barkha

Currently pursuing a Ph.D. at the National University of Study and Research in Law (NUSRL), Ranchi, Ms. Barkha holds an LL.M. from Hidayatullah National Law University (HNLU), Raipur, specializing in Intellectual Property Rights. She completed her B.A.LL.B from M.S. Ramaiah College of Law, Bengaluru.

Before joining Ramaiah College of Law, Bangalore, Ms. Barkha served as a visiting faculty at NMIMS, School of Law, Bangalore, and worked as an Assistant Professor of Law at HNLU, Raipur. At HNLU, she taught Family Laws I, Family Laws II, and Intellectual Property Rights. Beyond teaching, she actively contributed as a member of various committees, including the Alumni Affairs Committee, Moot Court Committee, Sports and Cultural Committee, and the Editorial Board for the HNLU Journal of Law and Social Sciences.
