Punitha has 6 years of experience which includes corporate & academic. She is pursuing Ph.D. from Bharathiar University, Coimbatore, Tamil Nadu, in the area of Human Resource Management. She started her career as Sr.Counsellor at ICFAI Business School, Hyderabad and later as Soft skill trainer at RVS Group of Institutions, Coimbatore. Tamil Nadu and Bharata Matha College, Ernakulum, Kerala. Her academic and research interests lie in the area of Human Resource Management , Organization Behavior, and General Management. Over the years she has published papers in National and International refereed journals and presented papers in National and International conference as well. She is also coordinating the Newsletter Committee of RCL and Sub-Editor of Abhigna Darpana, Quarterly Newsletter, Gokula Education Foundation.
