Homage to all Bravehearts who lost their lives in the chopper crash

NCC, RCL paid a virtual tribute to Chief of Defence Staff General Bipin Rawat, his wife Madhulika Rawat, and 11 other defence personnel, who were killed after the Mi-17V5 helicopter crashed near Coonoor in Tamil Nadu on 10th December 2021.

A gist of the incident and a brief introduction about each respected individual who lost their lives in the tragic incident of 8th December 2021 was presented by JUO Afreen Khan in the presence of Director (Academics) Prof. (Dr.) Rose Varghese, Principal Prof. (Dr.) Omprakash, Care Taking Officer P Vaishnavi Narayeni, faculty members and the cadets.

Followed by which each person lit a candle on the zoom call and prayed for the souls. CTO addressed everyone and talked about the importance of defence personnel and respecting the sacrifices that they make for the sake of the nation.
