Mr. Badal Chatterjee
Mr. Badal Chatterjee is an academician with expertise in Constitutional Law, Intellectual Property Laws, and Taxation Laws. He graduated from Law College Dehradun and Central University of Kerala, where he earned the Justice V.R. Krishna Iyer Memorial Merit Award for securing University Rank 1 in his post-graduation and qualified the UGC-NET in 2019.
Mr. Chatterjee has taught at NUALS, Noida International University, and Jaipur National University. He has published extensively and provided certificate courses on Intellectual Property Laws and Environment Laws. As a sought-after speaker, he has judged moot court competitions and mediation tournaments globally, including the US, Russian, and Indian National Rounds of the Philip C. Jessup Moot. He is a member of several editorial boards and legal organizations and was active in student councils and societies during his academic career. Currently, he is the assistant professor and faculty coordinator of APD RCL-CDLP.
