ROSIE ATHULYA JOSEPH

Rosie Athulya Joseph completed her BA.LL.B (Hons) from National University of Advanced Legal Studies, Kochi (NUALS). She enrolled as an advocate with the Bar council of Kerala in 2012. She specialised in tax litigation for 3 years and has represented before the Hon’ble High court of Kerala, Customs Excise Service Tax Appellate Tribunal, Sales Tax Appellate Tribunal and Income Tax Appellate Tribunal. In 2016, she went on to pursue her LLM from National Academy of Legal Studies and Research, Hyderabad (NALSAR) specialising in Public Law and Legal Theory. She qualified UGC -NET in 2017. She stepped in to teaching at Ramaiah College of Law after she relocated to Bangalore in 2019. She is currently member of the RCL moot court committee.
