Guest lecture on tribal rights under Indian Constitution.

The guest lecture was addressed by Ms. Vrinda Sharma, Executive Member Project Eklavya, Think India Tribal Rights Forum 21st June 2021 at 11:30a.m for the students of IV Semester B.A., LL.B, B. Com., LL.B & B.B.A., LL. B. The session addressed on the human right with special reference to the tribal rights under Indian Constitution. The session highlighted the various constitutional provisions safeguarding the rights of the tribal people under educational & cultural, social, economic, political & service safeguards along with the provisions under Art 341, Art 342 and the 5 th Schedule under the Indian Constitution. The current ongoing Eklavya project at Tribal Forum was mainly educating, empowering, safeguarding & sensitising about the rights of the tribal people. Dr. Anita A Patil, Associate Professor, RCL & Mr. Vignesh Ram Hariharan, Assistant Professor, RCL were the coordinators of the event.
