Dr. V. Shyam Kishore joined Ramaiah College of Law, as an Associate Professor in July 2018. He obtained his Ph.D. degree from the University of Madras in 2017 on the topic: “Law Relating to Derivative Action and Protection of Minority Investors: A Critical Study”. He completed his LL.M. (Corporate and Financial Services Law) from the prestigious National University of Singapore, Singapore. He secured second rank during graduation in B.A.LL.B. (Hons.) from the School of Indian Legal Thought, Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, Kerala. He has to his credit publications in various journals of national and international repute including Scopus indexed journals. He has also worked as a corporate foreign lawyer in a couple of reputed law firms in Singapore before joining the academia. During this period, he was involved in advising multi- national companies in matters relating to corporate finance, IPOs and listed Singapore companies on matters relating to shareholder agreements and circulars to be issued to shareholders. |

Ms. Preety Anand is an Assistant Professor of Law at the Ramaiah College of Law, Bengaluru since August 2019. She is a native of Patna, Bihar. She has studied BA LLB (Hons.) at Chanakya National Law University, Patna and graduated in the year 2017. Thereafter, she has completed Master of Laws (LLM) from Rajiv Gandhi School of Intellectual Property Law, Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, West Bengal in the year 2019. Her specialization lies in Criminal Law. She has qualified UGC- NET in December, 2018. Her areas of interest are criminology, female criminality and women & law. She is currently entrusted with teaching Criminal Law II comprising of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 973 and the cognate acts. Apart from the academic activities, she is an active member of the Internship and Placement committee and the ADR committee at the Ramaiah College of Law, Bengaluru. |

Anjali Prabhakaran completed her B.A. LL.B from the Faculty of Law, Jamia Millia Islamia, New Delhi and thereafter her LL.M from the Indian Law Institute, New Delhi, with dual specialization in Criminal Law and Human Rights Law. She started her career in academics from Lloyd Law College, Greater Noida and has been working in Ramaiah College of Law since August 2019. Her areas of interest are Criminal Law, Human Rights Law, Public International Law and Hindu Law. She has presented papers at several national and international conferences. Currently, she teaches Penology and Victimology. |

Ms. Somalatha Moly T.S is an Assistant Professor of Law in Ramaiah College of Law, Bengaluru. She earned her law degree from Kerala University in the year 2012. She completed her LL.M in ‘Corporate Governance and Securities Laws, from Cochin University of Science and Technology. She qualified UGC NET and secured UGC Junior Research Fellowship in 2012. She went on to pursue her Ph.D in the area of ‘Intellectual Property Rights and Agriculture’ from Inter University Centre for IPR Studies, Cochin University of Science and Technology as a full-time UGC-JRF Fellow for over three years before entering the field of law teaching. Her areas of interest include Intellectual property Rights with special focus on IPR and Agriculture, Biotechnological Patenting, Plant Variety Protection, Patenting and related areas, Competition Law and Consumer Protection Laws. She has published several papers in the area of IPR and also associated with a few international projects with Third World Network, Visionary IP Professors Roundtable etc. in the area of IPR as a researcher. |
